Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Bredberg CPA, PLLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Bredberg CPA, PLLC provides accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial consulting services. The scope of services will be defined in individual engagement letters or service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. Clients must respond to requests for information in a timely manner and are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms are specified in individual engagement letters. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
